I'm in love! This is a beautiful shot! I love that you combined the ancient and gothic with the modern seen in the castle with the electric lights and cars. It definitely looks haunted while also looking royal and well kept.

I like the negative color use. The tree is beautiful, the bridges are intrigueing and I feel a sense of forboding with the presents of the buildings in the distance. But it might have worked nicer if somehow the you could have shown the pavement blurred as though moving rapidly.

That's the kind of place that I would love to live. There's open country, the chance for adventure represented in the mountains as well as a sense of peace and protection. It's peaceful and quiet. The only thing missing is the foresty surroundings that present the fairy tale mystery. Not too close of course since it is a barn but close enough to get you wondering... Nice colors too.

I am beginning to wonder...who keeps giving these winning photos one's, two's and three's? Whose the person with such selective taste out there? I'd love to hear why (s)he would give this a one, two or three. But especially the one. The shot is well focused, amazingly timed and highly colorful while not distractingly so. So why give it a low score?
