The case of the missing waterdrop. It looks like a shadow on the leaf, as if it's a few inches under water. But the leaf is barely under so it is a water drop on the leaf itself. I probably would have liked seeing the whole leaf, but I can see the water drops were an important part of the story.

I like the contrast in the drops and the choice of color. Composition wise, I might have cropped the right side so that the top water drop was in the upper right rule of thirds position and maybe positioned the camera a little lower to get the second leaf above the black mass in the background. It's a well timed shot though and I'd be proud of it.

I wish they had such cute rain boots when I was a kid!
I notice a blue cast to the photo overall and expecially on her face. It makes her look cold. Usually, placing the subject off center adds more interest to a picture, but I'm not so sure about that in the case.
