Blue Mooningby cabaComment: A plum? I think it would have been more interesting without the color shift. Can't say how relieved I am that it wasn't what I thought it was in the thumbnail! And no it wasn't buns I was thinking of. |

Wings & flowersby JGWJComment: I'm so sorry. I'm giving you a 4 because of the compressoin. The colors are pretty. I might have cropped out some on the right side to move the birdhouse off the center and get rid of the wires and also cropped off a bit of the bottom to even it out. It needs a slight rotation clockwise.
If you have a camera that is only 1mp, there is a tutorial on how to maximise your pictures. Check under learn>tutorials. There are other tutorials that might help also. |

Beaded Fleur d'Leslieby photomComment: Nice beadwork. I used to do that.
The picture looks way overexposed possibly because of spot metering on the dark center. In a situation like this, I usually take a test shot with the camera metering and then manually adjust the time to get the proper exposure. I usually don't mess with the f stop after I determine the amount of dof I want. On this one I would have shortened the time by 2 increments. Example: the auto setting said 1/60s I would have set it manually to 1/125s. Some people would bracket but I find doing it manually helps me have more precise control. |

Reflection of sphereby TanveerhawkComment: The picture seems to be a bit dark and because I can't see much, I have no interest in trying to understand what it is. Just so you know, it looks green to me. I'm on a pc running xp ie6. |

The Faceless Banality of the Industrial Parkby redmoonComment: Nice find. This is a perfect place to photograph. This picture looks a bit soft and the color is flat. Perhaps a reshoot at a different time of day with the camera on a tripod and a closed down(at least f11) apeture would help provide the details that are missing in this photo. I'd for sure go retake it, if it was my picture. |

Alamdar Roadby mamcgComment: Blue? As far as the picture goes. The light sorta ruins the whole mood. In order of looking, the light(brightest), the people(a part of human nature), the bike. The bike and the shadow, I feel, are the best part of the picture but I have to look at the light and people first and they are not worth looking at, imo. |

Marblesby AmiYuyComment: It fits the challenge. The composition is ok and I like the backlight. Issues are the hot spots, too much ni (takes away the crispness), the muddy looking background and the dust spots all over. They could have been cloned out for this challenge. That is a minor nit. You might be a non-paying member and maybe you haven't discovered the pleasure of the clone brush yet. |

Walking on a Cloudby BassieComment: Now you've done it. I can't use this concept for the feet challenge. Darn it.
Good imagination. I don't know if I like the negative space at the top, but it's still a good picture. It seems to be a little soft too but I do need glasses. |
