I dont know if this image was processed but it has a lot of noise which is contributing to the out of focus but it is taking away from the out of focus part of the image.

since I scored this low I wanted to give you the reason why. The first thing is that the image is over blurry and is hard on the eyes. The angle also made it a bit chaotic for me. These are my opinions and I am not a professional by any means.
