Don't like the extreme tilt. Kept wanting to tip my view to see what's going on, here. Maybe less rotation?

since I scored this low I wanted to give you the reason why. The first thing is that the image is over blurry and is hard on the eyes. The angle also made it a bit chaotic for me. These are my opinions and I am not a professional by any means.

Looks more like the results of camera shake than OOF to me. Whites have a bit of a color cast to them.
