You do have a really nice image here. Your horizons feels a bit off though, should be level and you want to try and pick a 1/3rd point for it either at the top 3rd or the bottom third. It spend me an entire week looking for a good subject to portray transparency and then you submit this wonderful photo that has no transparency in it. I do not believe you deserve any better than a 1 for not meeting that challenge.

Beautiful capture of a sunset. Very bad picture for this challenge. I could have taken a picture of anything and said "transparent air". You are gonna have to try harder than this for me to give you a better grade.
