Big Yawnby PrincessLolaComment: You captured a great moment here! I really think the shot is somewhat close and shot too much from above. It would have been more effective loking toward the face and seeing te mouth open, rather than looking from above. Though I wasn't fond of the composition, the technical aspects are great... focus is spot on, great dof... awesome color! |

Boringby paynekjComment: Great high key shot depicting the bored challenge. In all honesty I think low key may have been a more obvious choice, so this was unexpected. You did capture a very dreamy effect with the high key which serves to add a sense the man is daydreaming! |

The carouselby TammsterComment: Nice shot... but you should turn that model around to add greater interest. A cool shot woould have been to shoot up at the model's face with the spinning carousel in the top background and compose it portrait style. |

How Much Is That Bonnet In The Window?by patchesComment: You did a great job of controlling the natural light by shutting the curtain. There is some graininess to this photo that doesn't do it any justice. Also the subject is somewhat dark and I would have liked to this photo exposed for the foreground, rather than the background. All in all this is a beautiful still life object that is composed very well in the frame. |

Evening Shadowsby degz447Comment: Good representation of contre-jour as the light source is clearly visible. There appears to be a severe tilt to the horizon that detracts. I think the different lighting available shows different degrees of warmth. The street light is a very blue light and really contrasts badly with the warm incandesent lighting on the houses. You did a great job of exposing the tree where the branches add some great texture to this photo. |

Diamond Loveby ruka1121Comment: This would have benefited more if the depth of field was greater encompassing the entire ring rather than leaving the front of the ring out of focus. |

Joyeux Noelby kleskiComment: The object in the top right corner really serves to be a distraction from an otherwise festive photo! |

Chrismas Angelby rexermotoComment: Very festive subject suitable for the season! The image appears somewhat dark and I think it looks somewhat out of focus too, but it could be because of the material of the sculpture. The relected light does work well to highlight the texture of the sculpture. |
