nic idea, the lighting doesn't quite work. If it were my photo I'd try editing using curves. The white shirt is challenging from an exposure point of view unless you make a feature of it.

immediate impression "whats this got to do with back to school?" then I read the title and I think it works real well. I have a scale of pictures and ones that need titles are lower down the order but now I'm thinking perhaps some pictures are better for requiring a title..... thought to be brutally honest in the better category would be "first day at school"
