Not really a studio shot, and the reflection in the sunglasses is distracting. Portraits are all about the eyes... asking your model to take off her glasses would have helped a lot here. Your background is also distracting... a shorter DOF would have been a tremendous help for this image.

Nobody said a portrait had to be of a human! Nicely done, but doesn't have a studio feel because of the sofa in the background. A 6, would be an 8 or 9 with a better background.

An absolutely outstanding portrait. The "rule" is that the eyes make a portrait, but this is one of those cases where breaking the rules (not showing her eyes) really works. Excellent! I bet she gets her good looks from her mommy, too!
