Old warrior by LevTComment: A compelling image, Lev. I like the muted color scheme which I think helps one appreciate all the different textures. Congratulations on the ribbon. |

photopainterby stphqComment: Interesting idea, and the multicolored bristle in the paint brush is a great addition. |

FocusPointby mrbig65Comment: Seems like you have altered the skin color and while doing this you selected some of the white parts at the top of the jeans as well. Looks unnatural. |

Digital_Treeby w4jzzComment: Lots to enjoy in this image: interesting tree silhouette, mist, reflections, delicate light. A slight quibble with the bench being the point in the image to which my eyes keep getting drawn, but not enough to diminish the overall loveliness of this scene and your capture of it. |

Reflections by JonoTuckerComment: You have done an excellent job of capturing the graceful lines of these landmasses and their reflections. Congratulations on your first ribbon and personal best score. |

Her Winter Berthby PenelopeKComment: Originally posted by tnun: the shrouds are particularly fetching against everything else shrouded. |
Thanks. I like that slightly lighter area behind the shrouds and made sure to keep that feature during the processing. The sun was starting to break through. We, that's bear_music and me, were right to go to the nearest place when the fog came because unlike early morning fog which you can kind of predict how long it will last based on the angle and intensity of the sun, this mid-day fog only lasted a very short time.
