I love the mood in this photo. It's a little bit busy, but the texturing of the leaves is very nice, and the scale of the man with respect to the trees adds to the mood, so perhaps this is the best framing for it after all. Nice black and white.

This is beautiful. I love the tenderness expressed in the woman's face and hand, and the way the composition of the image draws attention to both. Very good capture of the singer's expression. The black and white is rich and the lighting is very effective (especially the backlighting on the hair). I especially love the little glisten of sweat on the singer's neck. It's an image full of sincerity and depth.

There's something very cool about this photo. It's the combination of that beutiful high contrast black and white, the pose of the man in the foreground, the political overtones of the banner in the background in association with the look of the two men in the back who seem to be locked in quite an intense discussion, and the rest of the surroundings. There's a kind of tension there that runs through everything. Nice work, 10 - lisae
