This image is very busy, particularly given the challenge topic. Minimalism would have been better achieved by showing a single puzzle piece.

The tree line and the road both lead my attention away from the subject and out of the picture. All of the concrete at the bottom of the image seems to do little for the composition.

Nice rich colors. Since this looks like fall, I imagine that this was taken in the southern hemisphere. The only thing that I would change would be to crop out the branch that's at 3 o'clock.

This is a very elegant shot. The only things I would change would be to clone out the hot pixel and crop the image a few pixels higher to eliminate the tip of the leaf.

Since the background is such a rich color I think that your subject would have been stronger if it was a stronger color or a different texture. As it stands the heart just looks shiny, which doesn't make it stand out from the background as much as it might. If the heart was frosted glass, for example, it might have stood out more.

The sensor grain is a bit distracting.I think that I would have preferred this shot without the moon. I seldom like shots which include the moon, since it always looks too small in photographs unless it's the only item in the picture.
