The building is attractive, but I think that it needs a person or two inside to make it more interesting. Since the architecture is fanciful and the topic is blue, perhaps a fleeing Cinderella and a companionless Prince Charming would be in order.

While this is an interesting scene, I see neither blue nor the moon in this picture. The shadow cast by the bicycle and the phantom children in the background are interesting compositional elements.

When I first looked at this image my eye followed the curve of the glass down to the bottom right corner, only to find that the focus was sharpest where the subject was the least interesting. I think that either the reflection on the glass should have crisp focus, allowing the blue to serve as the background, or that the blue should be the focal point.

The left half of the "B" isn't as discriminable from the background as I'd like to see. I like the depth effect created by holding the glass a bit above the surface below.
