I don't like the position of the bottle. It's not exactly centered, and it's not far enough over to the left to put it in that third of the frame, and so it creates an odd effect.

Using the rule of thirds might have created more movement and interest in this photo. I like the surreal feel of this image, although the sky is the most interesting aspect and it doesn't really make me thirsty.

You get my vote for the brown ribbon -- which is impressive, considering that someone else entered a photo that didn't have any liquid involved at all! Aren't we supposed to be trying to "Sell" a beverage??

What's with the stuffed animal? I love the lighting on the toy, and you did a great job with the concept. The framing feels awkward to me though, I feel as though I'm being pulled in two separate directions (off towards the side where the bear is coming from, and then down to the base of the bottle), and it creates an awkward feeling. If the bear were peeping up from behind the bottle it might have worked better for me. Overall, though, great concept!

The pumpkin and leaves are more interesting than the beverage, and this photo isn't making me thirsty. It does make me want to bake a pumpkin pie, however.
