Very nicely done. Great colours, lighting and textures. My only minor complaint would be that the cup is slightly out of focus, in which I mean it's neither properly in focus as a foreground element, or properly out of focus as a background element.

Other than that, really like it, and could well imagine it in a food magazine or advertising brochure. 9.

When I saw the change on the front page and noticed it was yours that was missing I wondered what on earth could have happened.

That's a real shame, I just did a massive tidy of my library and realised just afterwards that I had accidentally deleted a bunch of RAW originals and left the Photoshop edits, it's easily done. Mind you, mine didn't cost me a ribbon!

Sorry to hear about the loss of ribbon, I'm absolutely sure you'll make it back!

It didn't score well because it's too real, simple as that.

It's not a setup, perfectly pretty, macro / portrait / photoshop creation, it's a real journalist (very well captured) sporting shot.

This shot belongs somewhere else where people will "get it", not at DPC.

Really nice almost abstract image. I probably wouldn't have been able to tell what it was if it wasn't for the little lip in the middle of the focused slice.

Like the blue and yellow together, I think it could have been slightly improved by a direct front on angle rather than the slight side one you have just now.
