Humorous shot, but photographically, not particularly outstanding. I think the weather and conditions didn't help you here as the whole thing feels very grey and bleak. A bit of editing may have improved this a bit.

Interesting composition, busy, but appropriate for the subject I feel. As there's so much in here nothing particularly catches my eye and while the scene is nice and well shot, it doesn't hold a whole lot of interest for me personally.

I'm with the others, no idea why this didn't score a lot better, I would have been super disappointed to get a 6 for this!

I'm betting it was the "rule of thirds" crowd, or perhaps people thought the ring in the eyes was down to processing rather than what sounds like a really interesting light setup!

This is classic! I'm not surprised at the low score but I think it's a stroke of genius!

The fact that the banana is rotten only enhances the strangeness of the shot for me. The perspective is great, very old style sci-fi look. Love it!

Week 3 - Ferris wheel

I've always wanted to get out and try this type of shot whenever I see a ferris wheel, but I hate carrying my tripod around with me!

This one's well done, I like that you haven't got with the super long exposure and you have ended up with a giant asterisk!

I like the framing and space here. It adds to the sense of waiting that I feel form this shot, like the two on the couch are both just there waiting for something to happen.

Week 2 - City Streets

Another nice slice of life from you this week. It's nice to see people making the most of the cold rather than just complaining about it :)

I like the contrast, it works well in making it less about the individual people and more about the collective fun they're having.

I think you've kind of ended up with a half and half situation here. You can only really see half of the building so it's not standing out as the subject and you can only half see the water so it's not really the subject either.

You've got nice exposure and details here, so I think either a wider angle or focus more on one or the other and this would be a nice shot.

This is REALLY nice! I was browsing the thread earlier today and this one just jumped out at me.

This shot tells a story and evokes emotion, one of the great achievements of any piece of art!

I love the colours and details you in the drops along with the lack of details of the "outside world". Great shot, well done!
