A slight feeling of desolation. If you were able to put the subject further away from view it would help more with the feeling. The picture is too lit to represent desolation, but pushing further back should help.

Very graphic. The overblown lighting really helps to make the image pop out of the picture. Love the shadow under the knife, almost makes it look like its floating. Great details and shadows in the handle of the knife.

The reflections and shadows on the droplets of blood really help to make it look like real blood.

History´s Biggest Nostalgia ....(Christianity)

I don't get a feeling of nostaligia, but I feel that this would be a good picture for questioning the place of religion in the United States currently. The thinker and the bible what a concept.

Lighting is really good on both the thinker statue and the bible. The bright light on the bible gives it a halo and brings out the point of religion more.

I think a larger white frame may help bring out the picture more then a smaller one.

Beautiful range of colors in the background help to give a lot of interest in the shot.The motion lines in the photo helps to give a dynamic feel to the shot. Look like he has spiked hair. I like the dark feeling of the shot and the bright colors. Beautiful.

Red Arrow

I could almost hear the roaring of the engine. Great closeup maybe too close. Beautiful lighting from the sunset/sunrise. Colors are very vibrant. Love the great contrast of the dark, bold shadows. Helps gives great depth to the plane. The skys' various blue hues also help to make the plane pop out of the shot.

Good depth of field. The foreground with the foliage, the balloon, the mountain, and the sky. Great division of depth. The balloons' color helps to bring your attention to it and the focus. Only thing I don't like is the color of your frame. Color is a bit distracting. Seems a bit dark to frame the sky.

Gliding

Vibrant color in the handglider helps it stand out from the background. The fluffy skies also help. The blue in the sky gives an extra touch of interest in the shot.

Defying Gravity

Would like a bigger picture. Details are difficult to see. The lighting off the guys back and white shoe help to bring him out of the shot. The darker background helps too, but the black pants blends in with the background a bit. Maybe if he was wearing all white he would stand out even more.

B1 Bomber in After Burner

The blue in the sky really frames the plane well. It helps to pop it out of the image. Looks like the plane is reflections the light of the sunset/sunrise giving it a warm color. Great shadows help to give it depth. Beautiful shot.
