Beautiful closeup of the cards. Subject is place in a position that gives great interest to the composition. I like how you can see the the texture of the paper itself. Nice and simple. "10"

On Edge

Very original composition. The beautiful highlights in the bubble really makes it (no pun intended) pop out of the shot.The blurring of the background bubbles helps also to bring it out. It's very crisp and sharp definition makes this a very impressive image. The color choosen for the background is very nice. Simple composition with a vertical crop works perfectly.

Only thing I don't like is the choice of the frame. Way too dark. Maybe a lighter color or no frame would work better. Even with this nothing less then a "10"

One sticks out

Good closeup of the colored pencils. The composition is very interesting thanks to the great vivid colors captured. Colors seem to blend together to give the shot great harmony. From a "7" now with a second look upping to a "9"

Beautiful vibrant colors in the foregroung horse really makes it pop out of the background. Love the lighting on this shot. You were able to get some great shadow on the front of the horse. I like the closeup of the hand painted decorations on the subject. Excellent DOF. "10"

Chopped Fingers on Shallow Keys

Great angle captured. The composition is really interesting thanks to the eye being lead by the keys on the foreground toward the hands. The soft focus on the sheet music is a really nice touch. Really nice in color but would be interesting to maybe see it also in sephia.

Great example of DOF. The expression on the pewter statue makes it a fun shot. Contrast is excellent. The highlights really show off the shiny surface.
