To have the focus be on the road, I think the shot needs to be landscape or cropped tighter.

A little uninteresting, I assume it's a bus driver? There's a lot of unused white space that really doesnt help out the image.

Very strange lighting indeed. The coloration on the gravel/fence are a little out of place it seems with all the greens and browns.
