A top pick for me. The expressions and clear sense of relationship here that just makes this a timeless expression of friendship to me--though having read your notes afterward I find it MAY be more about the relationship of both subjects to the photographer more than their relationship with each other. And that might just make it even more special. :-)

I’m guessing you were riding in a car with the window down. That’s a great way to capture the moment with the feeling of movement of the subject. The yellow background really helps to accentuate it. Well done!

Congrats, Barbara! Awesome shot. Literally just this morning Henry and I happened on a pair of these in the wild and stopped by the road to watch them. Couldn't get anything remotely this close on camera, but they are just so majestic to behold in person.
