	Rhythm Randall of Venice Beach by mirdonamy Comment by doctornick: Very nice shot, great subject and background, but unfortunately overexposed. In extremely bright situations like that where there is also a bright background a fill flash works great. Meter on the background then dial down your flash -1.3 stops. Brings out the shadows on the subject while properly exposing the background.
