Australian White Ibisby jomariComment by MaryO: Check out those lacy black feathers! I can just see them on a very ostentatious hat ;-) After the birds molt, of course! |

Gulls.jpgby jomariComment by GregoryB: Gee Marion! I don't know! I like the sketchiness of this but I think I prefer the first edit where the gulls are more life like. And yet I can also see Kelli's point of view about it being a fantastic piece of contemporary artwork for a beach house. Guess the jury's out for the moment. |

Queensland-Birds-2.jpgby jomariComment by MelonMusketeer: I think I would crop this down a bit, to remove some of the rock. That's a nice sharp clear shot of the bird. The light and dark feathers make the wings interesting to see when they have them spread like this. I don't think that the ones here in Florida have that stripe under the eye that goes down their neck. |

Australian White Ibisby jomariComment by MelonMusketeer: These look a lot like our local wood storks. The wood storks have bare heads though. It's nice that you got two completely different poses with this shot. |

Reflecting on The Flight From Pompeii.by jomariComment by Ken: The first thing I noticed was the perspective change, and I think it is well done and I wouldn't had noticed anything if I hadn't seen the original. Good job enhancing the color while keeping it natural looking. |

Apple Peepby jomariComment by Yo_Spiff: Nice lighting, but seems a bit grainy to me. The color looks slightly odd as well, I'm afraid. At first glance, I thought these were peaches. |
