There is something rather fake looking about this image, and I believe it is the dark sky in relation to the very crisp and sharply lit church.
This tells me that the shooter relies a lot on the computer to create his photo rather than shoot it better at the start.
I see this as being a photo-illustration rather than a photograph of a church.
No ribbons from me on this one.

E-money. Awesome shot....I used to walk past this church every day on my way to stem pedestrians for quarters work. Fantastic perspective, the duotone processing is spot-on. Hearty congrats on another Blue ribbon for your collection.
