A group portrait, surely, but there's no clear subject among them all (and the group as a whole doesn't serve as a single subject, as the eye easily drifts away from it).

If I may, I would suggest a tighter crop on only a few of the musicians, in a nice black and white. The brain is surprisingly good at completing the picture, and it doesn't require seeing the entire orchestra to know that everyone's there.
