Stirring RGBby banmornComment by Venser: Giving this my third highest vote along with two others.
Don't really have anything to say about this image. I don't like it or dislike it, but it was different enough to stand out and I thought it warranted a little higher vote than I would normally give it considering the other entries in this challenge. |

Rudbeckia Hirta 'Prairie Sun'by banmornComment by Skip: One of my favorite type of newspaper assignments is to capture "wild art", which is defined as "Stand-Alone, Feature Shot, Enterprise art are found moments that are intended to be realistic slices of everyday life" (definition taken from this glossary). These are typically images that caption themselves, not needing a lot of words to get their point across. For this challenge, I'm scoring images as whether I'd like to see them on the front page of a paper as feel good wild art. If I don't think they would make the paper, I'm then asking myself, "does it make me feel good?" If it doesn't do much for me, well then, oh well...
While this isn't what comes immediately to mind when I think of "spreading some good news", it does make me feel good. Nicely done! |

Jeff Viewsby banmornComment by MarkB: One of my favorites of the challenge. Brave entry with all the abstract challenges we have had lately. |
