You're right- that would be a good photo award! The tilt really annoyed me as none of the lines are parallel! In frustration I tried to align on the horizontal gold line (at the base of the rays). |

Nope, just extremely narrow DOF due to using a reversed 50mm with a close-up lens. |

Macro Day 12by socalsteveComment by slaakso: The directional lighting is a great idea here but a touch bright on the bottom. I love all the textures and fuzzy parts. I think you captured some drama here. Very theatrical in the lighting. Someone could be lurking in the shadows. |
