The dude in his pants makes it. Love the colours here and the sense of rough, buzzing chaos that is so wonderful about these kinds of cities. Great composition too having that movement from the bikers without letting them block or dominate the shot. My only slight issue is the number of people present suggests the opposite of abandoned, but honestly I don't care that much as it's clear that a large part of the subject is uninhabited.

really good cityscape, the edge theme is perfectly implemented.
The dramatic sky is addding extra interest and balances things out, like a repetition of the snow/grass in the foreground

this took a while to appreciate ..
at first i was unimpressed ..
then came the appreciation .. it totally works .. which is my shorthand for loving the colours, the blurred out sky with the glow on the horizon, the coloured lights and your edit .. good one . :)
