Free as a rain dropby AlexysComment by Kylie: What a great macro -- the reflection in the drop is amazing. I think it will be knocked down some for its tenuous connection to freedom (IMHO), but the shot may overcome all objections! |

Free as a rain dropby AlexysComment by melismatica: I don't really see this as freedom. Setting aside the fact that it is an inanimate object (of sorts, a rain drop has no choice but to fall eventually. Its only option is down. That isn't freedom---it's the law of gravity.
This is a nice shot, though. I like the use of complementary colors and the composition is quite active and engaging. If it had met the challenge, it would be a 7. Not meeting the challenge, I have to rate it lower.
