During voting I didn't see a clear "pathway" for this image. Coming back around for another look and I 'think' I get it ... it's the sand and the birds use it every few hours? Interesting birds BTW. I wonder if you tried to find a crop that worked that got rid of that pole on the right - I did and didn't see a clean cut without chopping a few birds in half. :-)

LOL! Love the flamingo. Well done. Only nit is that the space between the text and its shadow feels like it's moving, and not in a good way. Makes me feel a little dizzy!
