Its always easy to be a monday morning quarterback so here is my two cents worth. The photo looks a tad overexposed especially the second balloon, the use of the reflection is very nice but would have been awesome if you could have possibly found an angle where the ballons were more complete in the reflection. All in all still a very nice pleasing shot, good luck in the challenge.

The light on Woody's face and behind him is a wee bit harsh but doesn't do any real harm. The picture is colourful and cheerful, generally I like it; one thing I'd have done differently is to have them posed differently so their size difference isn't so apparant, maybe with Woody sitting a little further back, since they are meant to be relatively the same size. Not an important detail if you've not seen the movie of course, only if you're a bit of a stickler.
