The light on Woody's face and behind him is a wee bit harsh but doesn't do any real harm. The picture is colourful and cheerful, generally I like it; one thing I'd have done differently is to have them posed differently so their size difference isn't so apparant, maybe with Woody sitting a little further back, since they are meant to be relatively the same size. Not an important detail if you've not seen the movie of course, only if you're a bit of a stickler.

Don't backlight so that there is a "halo" in Woody's jeans inseam.

For this kind of an image, I would like to see the entire characters, including feet. I think it would be more interesting if the dolls were placed in a context rather than posed against a solid background. That said, I like the pairing, the image is very crisp, and the pose is quite nice.
