For this shot the drill bit was going at a slow 500rpm and the SB-600 flash was at 1/16 power. I believe the shutter was around 1/20 with the aperature at 22 (any less was just too shallow DOF) but I didn't pay much attention to the shutter since the flash was freezing the motion.
I tried a few with the drill going 1500 rpm, but it was too difficult to catch the first moment hitting the wood. Although, the faster speeds did result in more shavings flying around. Here's the drill at 1500 rpm:
