It's such an interesting shot that I will forgive you the groan-inducing pun of a title. The juxtaposition of the deeply fissured rocks with the softer bucolic mid-ground is very good, and of course the tree is reduced to an uncertain limpet here. 7.

not quite sure, but the horizon looks tilted. other than that a great shot, I like the large portion of foreground included here as well as the color treatment.

Love this! Great perspective, dramatic lighting, and interesting juxtaposition of the desolation of rock and barren tree with the green rolling hills in the background. Very cool.

Excellent use of foreground, and very well balanced in light/shado/composition. What I like best, though, is the angle of the poor tree - what a harsh environment, yet it's there. Great location - 'grats on making great use of it, too.
