There are 2 rounds showing in the gun that means there are three empty cylinders. Most people probably don't get that, but it leapt right out at me.

If it isn’t a J Frame then there are 3 empty cylinders and 3 cylinders that are loaded. Sure seems like a lot of 3s to me.
