The colorful "painted" sky and sun make a marvelous background for this silhouette. The horse's tail is a bit strange here; if it was swishing then just a second sooner or later might have made a stronger shot.

A truly beautiful silhouette! The sky has lots of interest but not the usual bright, in your face, golden sunset - it's a much more subtle and subdued beauty. Subject of silhouette is just lovely and position of sun works beautifully also.

Wierd, 4.9 is too low for this one. The majority gave it a 5 but the "curve" leans towards the 1-4. I gave this a 7 because I like the wide lens, perspective, feel of the shot. What is strange is the high number of 1 to 3 votes which it DOESN'T deserve. Even if you think the red part isn't the best choice for the saturated subject, the rest of the pic makes up for it (I think).
