Hardly any visible aperture flare (I see one circle) let alone star burst flare. Perhaps a few on the beak ridge. I also saw this challenge as not only having to be dozens of flares but a creative minimalist way of using lens flare to achieve a unique and appealing image as this. The sun itself has been flared by the optics. Good optics reduce and minimise flare. Kit lenses need good control to try and minimise them. I'll be keen to see what lens this is and in who's capable hands.

I need a bit more detail... especially in the eyes... Perhaps a catchlight would raise your score a bit. The green necklace is drawing attention away from her face. A bit of darkening would have helped that, I think. But... that's just my opinion. Others may love this. I do love the composition. That's perfect.

Very good color, good contrast and DoF. Great pose! It looks to me like the focus is on her front shoulder so I am not interpreting this to be out of focus intentionally. Besides the obvious missed focus I feel the post processing was done very well.

Beautiful beveled glass - I bet the autumn colors really pop when looking through this windows. The reflection of the lights near the top right is a little distracting though.
