Very good color, good contrast and DoF. Great pose! It looks to me like the focus is on her front shoulder so I am not interpreting this to be out of focus intentionally. Besides the obvious missed focus I feel the post processing was done very well.

Beautiful beveled glass - I bet the autumn colors really pop when looking through this windows. The reflection of the lights near the top right is a little distracting though.

You really need to calibrate your monitor; I can see numerous blotches where you have burned out distracting BG elements along the right edge. It looks like you think your BG is black, and it's not; it's more like Zone 3 1/2 or Zone 4 gray, where Zone 3 would be "almost black"... PM is OK if you want to discuss, not voting on this image.
