America's Homeless Rate Climbs to New Highs by JBosieComment by waterlilies: This is a great shot. The cropping really makes the shot -- I love images like this that give me ideas for how to compose photos of my own. I don't know if I would have thought of showing just the legs.

America's Homeless Rate Climbs to New Highsby JBosieComment by Rubrdk: This was by far the best photograph in the challenge. I am glad it ribboned, but it should have won. The intensity of the subject combined with the lighting and the contrast were unmatched by anyone else who submitted a photo. Amazing work. I look forward to seeing more from you in the future. |
