I would imagine you icelanders find it difficult to walk to the shops for a pint of milk without stumbling over something incredibly photogenic. I have always wanted to see and explore your strange and wonderful land, and DPChallenge just makes the longing worse. Anyway - I like this very much. I do think that a very slight reduction in brightness might have been worthwhile, and it might appear picky, but i might have cropped the last 10mm off the right. But aside from that, very little appears wrong with it, and i hope it does well!

I've photographed many ice-covered branches, but never with such a beautiful backdrop....nice photo! I love the nice crystal clear close-up against the beautiful background
