Oh I cannot relate to this at all but I want to. The cold snow and the tin buckets neath the trees boughs. Very soothing. Makes me want to taste the syrup!!!

I have never had real maple syrup...I must be very deprived, after reading all the comments. I can almost taste it, however, through this photo. Lovely image of a beautiful scene.

Just came back from Quebec City and they have so much snow this year the sap flow is going to be delayed for weeks. Ten foot of snow on the ground around most houses..
