Underground Lineby ManicComment by ergo: beautiful vision, and I hope as you took this there wasn't a train coming along the track. I love the yellow and the selective desat. Very effective use of that here. More dof and focus on the persons would work better on me. 8 |

Golden Curvesby ManicComment by Brooklynsbridge: I am rating this an 8 cuz it reminds me so much of mine. And I thought mine was really great. I really like this kind of photograph where you wonder "what is it?" |

Golden Curvesby ManicComment by Steveinnz: IMHO seeing more of the subject would have helped me as my poor peanut brain can not imagine what it is. Good luck |

Golden Curvesby ManicComment by Evaan: The lighting, color and contrast on this is superb, but, I'm having trouble making out what it is. Or, maybe it's an abstract? |

Remembrance of Lost Soldiersby ManicComment by Catherine_B: I wonder how many will understand the significance of the red poppies and Memorial Day? I remember when veterans used to stand outside the grocery stores selling paper poppies to raise money for veterans issues. Great shot! |

Remembrance of Lost Soldiersby ManicComment by mocabela: The simplicity of this, and the smooth colour transitions really give this photograph a lot of appeal. It has almost an abstract quality in that I see the colours and immediately feel a sense of tranquility before I absorb the contents of the foreground and background; this is definitely a very beautiful work of art. Nice job! |

Remembrance of Lost Soldiersby ManicComment by adine: I like the progression from top to bottom - the light and the focus. I wish there were a bit more to hold my attention in the bottom half of the frame - a poppy closer to the camer and relatively larger or perhaps be father away and have more poppies in the frame (all those soldiers lost! Perhaps that would work best with your chosen theme) Lovely red color. |
