forestby cginoComment by Yo_Spiff: Ooohhhh. I like this. I wonder if this could be duplicated without the special filters? Probably, but it would be tough. |

sailingby cginoComment by ErinM: Aha! It is indeed a miniature boat. You really brought this one to life from the original shot. |

heartby cginoComment by JuliBoc: Don't know why, but it reminds me of an Arthur Rackham illustration. All it needs is a vulture or child, or both, in the tree.
eta: I like the way the two trees meld. I think that's what makes it like a fantasy. Message edited by author 2009-01-16 17:49:36. |

Blaaaahhhh!by cginoComment by roz: lol colleen .. you seem to invest so many of your photographs with such personality .. this is excellent .. i have gone to the zoo a few times in the last year or so just to take pics .. i get very sad there .. in fact i get sad seeing our little budgie in the cage and not with a million other budgies flying around free .. in outback australia they get together in very very large groups .. flying together like a swarm just about and sitting in trees making a LOT of noise .. anyway, our little charlie is getting a bit tamer all the time and is free to get out'v his cage for a while each day ... i dont trust katee with him yet .. yesterday i had charlie out'v the cage and katee was in the same room .. licking her lips .. not a good sign ... fortunately katee is a good girl and stayed away from the little bird .. the fact that she just loved eating bird feathers from a small pup and i feed her chicken necks everyday doesnt seem very promising for them to have a buddy buddy relationship .. :) |
