Great job on the exposure...not sure if all of the sky as composed works that well. It is a lot of blank area and detracts from the city lights IMHO. 7

The angle condensing on the sides adds an interesting dynamic, but since you have a taller building on the left, that happens to be all lit up...the left side seems to tilt even more and makes things seem out of balance.

Kinda creepy but I like the technique you used. Creative and different. Composition seems good to me. Worth trying again without the things that get you DQd. It caught my eye and that is what makes for an interesting photo.
