I think a tigther crop (top wise) or another framing would have given it that 'extra'. The scene is gorgeous, there's just too much sky without any action in it.

Great job on the exposure...not sure if all of the sky as composed works that well. It is a lot of blank area and detracts from the city lights IMHO. 7

The angle condensing on the sides adds an interesting dynamic, but since you have a taller building on the left, that happens to be all lit up...the left side seems to tilt even more and makes things seem out of balance.
