In principle, I like the way you've approached exposure and tonality here very much. But I have to be honest: I don't think I've ever seen a more static depiction of a rodeo event. It's not that you've *frozen* everything, because that is a valid approach. No, it's that the composition is too danged static for such a robust, energetic event.
