Conveys a sense of quiet and beauty very well. Not sure about including the reflection of the large petal, but that is a vaild alternative. I like your inclusion of a horizontal stem.

IMHO this photo is cropped a little weird. To improve the composition either crop out completely or include fully the reflection. Though for your title, maybe the former suggestion than the latter. The contrast between the vase and the flowers are beautiful. 7
