Well, well. You're not messing around with this one, are you. Going for the homerun...and I think you have it. Absolutely impeccable lighting and composition. Not a fan of the plastic skin -- but I recognize that is in vogue. Fully expect this to be Top 3 at the close of voting. Quite striking! First 9 of the challenge from me.

EDIT: while I think the skin is too unnaturally processed (note the hand which looks like it belongs to a mannequin), this image is head and shoulder above the rest. Such a bold image that punches harder than the others. Top vote from me.

Very alternative, and stands apart from many other shots. Good lighting and focus, I gave it a 9. For me the skin is smoothed almost to the high end CG look & feel over a photo, particularly the smoking hand which has a duller hue than the face and open chest areas.

Stellar lighting and styling. But I'm not crazy about the overly smoothed skin (especially on her hand), and the bank of lights behind her. Seems more distracting than anything.
