OMG, when I first saw this shot I thought to myself, "YIKES!!!!!!!!!!" As I come back to the shot I am amazed and curious how this is done without smashing the camera and I hope you do provide an answer!

As for the picture, the motion of the hammer to the clarity of the camera is wonderful, the lighting is a little bright for my taste and the background could be slightly darker to make it perfect for me.
