Nice HDR (I think)or Topaz??? I like what you did with the roots and trunk of the tree. Perhaps just a touch of over sharpening in the tree to the left but then you can't do a selective sharpening with Basic. And I would agree that the sky is quite blown out...in advanced editing you could have applied a gradient map to have fixed that as well...
