oh yes she does command, FANTASTIC child portrait, she will probably love this when she gets older, what a fantastic sky and angle to make her look like she is commanding the storm, nice placement of her head in the round light spot in the clouds, saturation here makes her pop out but not so much as to make her look unnatural...wow...yeah I don't think there is anything about this picture I dont like

Excellent perspective. Great colors against the neutral and dark shades of the ground and sky. I usually don't like photos of kids, but this is a great shot.
