I don't think I ever saw a cormorant with a flatfish before. That's a fish that lives on the bottom, big dive! A "fishing cormorant", btw, would be one with a collar around its neck to keep it from swallowing the fish; it's keeper would feed it after its work is done. They use them in Japan, traditionally. What you have here is a feeding cormorant :-)
